2026 online registration is open  {after we reach capacity, if you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please email [email protected]. All payments are due Thurs, Mar 26th, 2026 at Meet the Coach night or you will be dropped from the roster.}

ALL registration (online AND in-person) will take place at brenham.swimtopia.com. Credit cards will be accepted online (processing fee of 3.4% + $.30/transaction) or checks/cash can be given to Dolphins Board members. In-person registration will take place on Thurs, March 5th, 2026 from 4:30 - 6:30pm at the Blue Bell Aquatic Center Multi Purpose Room. Only cash and check can be accepted in person. If you register online, there is no need to come to in-person registration unless you need to try on swimsuits for sizing. Team shirts, suits, & caps will not be available.

New for 2026:

• Registration price is $160 per swimmer. 1 cap & 1 swimmer t-shirt are still included. Discount of $5 per additional family swimmer is still in effect.
• Volunteer opt-out fee has been raised to $150 per family (other NWAL teams our size charge a $300/family volunteer DEPOSIT on every family).
• Minimum volunteer shifts per family (not per swimmer) is still 3 shifts. However, Timed Trials will not count towards your family's total. Timed Trials will be used as a training for new families. We still want seasoned swim families to help too, but since Timed Trials aren't *official* times, we want new families to use this time to get comfortable before it matters.
• New practice schedule.

Remember:

• Swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted. If the swimmer is unable to swim the length of the pool, then we recommend starting with swim lessons (please contact the BBAC staff for more information). We do not have the staff needed to teach basic swim. We need our coaching staff to be able to concentrate on competitive swim strokes.
• This is a competitive swim league. Swimmers must attend at least two dual meets in the season. Families must volunteer at least 3 shifts per season. Please see the volunteers tab & calendar tab for more info.
• Creatively Yours: we will have a team store set up with them again for 2026 for parent / sibling swag.

• Select a shirt size on the first screen for each of your registered swimmers. The t-shirt is included in the registration fee. DO NOT order parent / sibling t-shirts from the Registration -- we will have a team store set up with Creatively Yours again this year.
• Read waiver info carefully, if you ARE able to help at meets, do not check the box to pay an additional $150 for not being able to volunteer.
• If you pay via credit card and do not need to get sized for a suit, you do not need to attend the in-person registration. 
• Suits & goggles are available for order during registration -- if you don't know size, I have an option of "need to be sized" so that you can continue registration and get sized for suits later. There is still a chance to order merchandise once registration is closed -- you just won't be able to pay via credit card.
