Info from Bryan team for this Saturday
Where: 3101 Oak Ridge Dr., Bryan.
Parking: The aquatic center has a small parking lot with overflow parking at adjacent Bryan HS overflow lot. (plenty of parking). See attached map 1
NOT plenty of set up space near the competition pool. See attached map 2. Everything inside the red area is technically up for grabs (that is the fenceline). There is a big field to the north of the pool area, but it was off limits last year for "security" issues. 2025: IYKYK.
Volunteers positions are built into Swimtopia. Meet entries & jobs close Wed @ midnight.
Bryan will send me heat sheets Thurs once the meet is built & I'll forward them on to everyone entered.

- 6:45 A.M. Pool opens/Both teams may start setting up
- 7:00 A.M. Barracudas Warm-Ups
- 7:15 A.M. Dolphins check-in (somewhere by the slide pool)
- 7:30 A.M. Dolphin Warm Ups
- 7:50 A.M. Pool is Cleared for Official Meeting. Timer meeting immediately follows.
- 8:15 A.M. Meet Start
We will have hospitality water for volunteers & coaches.
We will have a concession stand selling prepackaged food (granola bars, fruit snacks, chips, yogert tubes, and applesauce), water, Gatorade, donuts and coffee.
