Meet entries & volunteer jobs close automatically Wed @ 11:59pm -- this is the norm for the season. It gives the 2 team reps time to merge all the swimmers & build a meet (the heat sheets, timer sheets, etc).

Open SwimTopia app. Select "2026 Navasota @ Brenham" meet. Select "Meet Signup." Select "Edit." Drop-down menu: select "Not attending" or "Attending" to all meets (this keeps me from sending you reminder emails). 

• If attending, checkbox up to 3 individual events.
• Relays: Each swimmer is allowed to swim UP TO 3 individual events and 2 relays. Relay drop-down menu: early relays are the medley relays (events 9-18); late relays are the freestyle relays (events 71-80)

I have manually entered all make-up times as of Thursday afternoon's practices. If your swimmer had times in all 4 strokes, I estimated an IM time. For most of 10&U, I estimated a 50Free time. For most of 11+, I estimated a 100Free time. If you try to sign up for an event & it won't let you, it means I don't have a time -- ask to coaches to get a time in whatever stroke Mon, Tues, or Wed of next week. I will manually enter the times & sign your swimmer up for that stroke. I have a few swimmers that have not made up their times yet & didn't swim last year -- make up times during practice next week (thru Wed) or they won't be able to enter any events:

• Brooklyn Bridges (6)
• Hazel Wagoner (7) -- as of Wed, her suit & shirt were still awaiting pick up too.
• Evelyn Bathke (10)
• Aurora Cienega (11)
• Isabelle Clark (13)

The coaches will send me a screenshot of all make-up times after each practice day & I will get them entered. I am out of town until next Wednesday, so my response time will be slow. Please know that you can also ask the coaches or returning parents about many meet questions.
