Hello 2025 Dolphins!

I need your help. Life happened, and I’m catching up on Dolphins stuff.

Anyone interested in serving on the 2026 Dolphins Board, please reply to this email by Mon, Feb 9, 2026 so that I can add you to the ballot & submit a vote out to 2025 membership on Tues, Feb 10, 2026 (until Fri, Feb 20, 2026).

The 2025 Board voted in favor of reducing the board to 3 board members (the legal minimum for a 501(c)(3) in Texas). 3 of our 5 board members are willing to serve another term, but we want to invite fresh blood as well! We will mirror NWAL’s Board and submit nominees to the membership for a vote. Once the vote closes, the top 3 nominees will be elected as 2026 board members. After discussion, the nominees will decide who fits best in which position. Current nominees:

• Amber Allen (current President, Team Rep, Division Rep)
• Noah Dyer (current Vice President, Team Referee)
• Mandy Allen (current Secretary)
• Kyle Krenek (stroke & turn official)

League/Division update:

On Jan 27, 2026, as Team & Division Rep, Amber attended the NWAL annual meeting. We voted for League Board members and decided on the 2026 Purple Division schedule. Amber was also elected as Division Rep for one more season. The 2026 Save the Dates are updated on the website & attached here. NWAL should have schedules uploaded into Swimtopia by March. In-person registration will be Thurs, Mar 5th, with online registration to open earlier (TDB).
