• 6:45am latest suggested arrival time @ BBAC (Claim your canopy spot & unload, etc). Remember: no hallway set up
• 7:05am Relay Check-ins on bleachers
  • 6U and 7-8 with Maddie / Katie P
  • 9-10 with Beckett
  • 11-12 with Katie P
  • 13-14 and 15-18 with Proko
• 7:15-7:45am home team warm-ups – BRENHAM
• 7:45-8:15am away team warm-ups – LEEC
• 8:00am Timers Mtg (in hallway by locker rooms)
• 8:15am Officials Mtg (by computer table)
• 8:15am COM/Runner/Awards - check in with Amber (back hallway)
• 8:15am COC/ready bench - check in with Kristina (ready bench)
• 8:15am scratch meeting – try to have all scratches & substitutions complete by this time

Concession stand (cash only) (coffee, breakfast tacos, & donuts)

10am opening day of Leisure Pool – please help us keep our swimmers at the Competition Pool & canopy areas. BBAC has also given us a swim team discount for the day – $3 entry to the Leisure Pool (this is normally $5 for residents & $8 for non-residents)

Combined Events: To make the meet go faster, I’ve combined 9/10, 11/12, 15/16, 17/18, 41/42, 44/45/46 (cheer Ayden on – he’ll be swimming IM with 11-12 year olds because I didn’t want him swimming it alone!), 67/68, 79/80.

• NOTE1: event 31 will only have 1 heat, not 2
• NOTE2: We will be swimming up 2 6U swimmers to make a 7-8 Free Relay - C
• NOTE3: We may end up swimming up some 13-14 girls if our 15-18 girls B Relays don’t make. This would affect #17 Medley & #79 Free.

We may be able to add a 15-18 mixed relay and maybe a 13-14. LEEC doesn’t have enough coaches, but they might have some 15-18 swimmers that may want to race!
