• We will be having construction on our slides going on during the meet
• Concessions will be available! (families can bring their own coolers, just please remind them no glass or alcohol)
• Families will be able to set up under the big pavilion and outside the pool area (baby pool is closed)

Timeline:

• 6:30am pool area opens for canopy set up
• 6:45am - 7:45am Tsunami Check In / warm-up
• 7:30am BREN coaches arrive – relays, arrive 7:35am to start checking in
• 7:45am - 8:15am DOLPHINS Warm Up
• 8:00am Officials / Timer Meetings at Starter Tent
• 8:15am COM / Awards / ready bench volunteers check-in with Kristina / Amber (@ Starter Tent)
• 8:15am Pool is cleared
• 8:25am National Anthem
• 8:30am Event #1 (estimated to end ~1pm)

Being an away meet, I’m not Meet Manager but I will still be there in Team Rep capacity. If you see a time discrepancy, notify me immediately (not Ref or Coach) so I can get clarification & fix it. As Team Rep, I have to wear the white shirt / blue shorts of the officials.

METER pool. This pool is in meters. The seed times on the heat sheet (as well as the Ponderosa time standards) are converted to a meter pool time. When the meet finalizes & imports back to us, it will be converted back to a yard pool time (converted times in Swimtopia are denoted by an *).

• To convert to meter-pool = (time in yard-pool) (multiplied by) (1.11)
• To convert to yard-pool = (time in meter-pool) (divided by) (1.11)

Events 17 / 18 and 79 / 80 are combined.

COACHES RELAY. Stay until the end of the meet & cheer on your assistant coaches Beckett, Maddie, Avery, & Kaitie (alternate Coach Proko) as they swim against the College Station coaches!!!
