I have attached (& posted to the website) Heat Sheets, Athlete Assignments, & Relay Reports. We had a couple of changes from the tentative "meet entries by athlete" that was emailed out this morning. Remember that these reports will not be supplied, so print copies for yourself if you like the paper copies.

• Set up in canopy area (outside). No hallway set up!!
• 7:15-7:45am Brenham warm-ups & relay check-in
• 7:45-8:15am Huntsville warm-ups
• 8am Timers meeting by the lockers rooms (both shifts)
• ~8:15am Officials meeting by the computer table (both shifts)
• ~8:15am COM/Runners/Awards - check-in with Amber in back hall (both shifts)
• ~8:15am Ready Bench - check-in by ready bench (both shifts)

I just found out that there will be a limited, cash only concession stand (BBAC staff). Coffee & breakfast tacos. Be sure to bring water & snacks for your family. The team provides water for working officials. Everyone please remember to bring a water bottle -- even as a timer, it's hot!!
