Hello Parents!!

Tomorrow is the big day -- Divisionals! There are 404 swimmers entered at tomorrow's meet.  We are doing everything in our power to run an efficient meet to get everyone out of the heat as soon as possible. Bring water & stay in the shade as much as possible. Sunscreen! This is an outdoor venue.

Kristina is still looking for volunteers for tomorrow.

• 2nd shift awards (put labels on the ribbons & medals)
• 2nd shift ready bench
• 3rd shift ready bench
• timers are covered, but we have several people timing more than 1 shift. If you'd like to take one of their spots for 2nd or 3rd shift, it would be much appreciated!

I am attaching the Heat Sheet (with estimated start times, records, & invitational time standards added). Please print if you would like a hard copy -- none will be for sale. I'm also attaching the Relay Report. Both of these items are posted on the website under Swim Meets.

All the info I have for Divisionals is posted on the website under Swim Meets --> Divisionals. Remember, 

• I would arrive a min of 30min before warm-ups
• 7:20am Brenham warm-ups
• 8:00am timers & officials meeting
• 8:30am meet start
• 2-2:30pm my guestimate on meet end time
