Parents,

I've attached the Relay Report for this Saturday's meet @ Navasota. This is only going out to those that are entered in the meet. Please look it over for your swimmer's name. If they are not in a relay, but are entered in individual events, then they are an alternate.

Please let me know ASAP if your child will not be able to swim in the relays so we can notify alternates. Remember, if you have not checked in within 15 minutes of the start of warm-ups, then we will start tracking down alternates. Otherwise, the entire relay has to be scratched.

Navasota has until 6pm to get their entries to me, then I will start building the meet. I will send out heat sheets & meet specific info Friday.
