Parents,

Caps finally came in! They will be available at practice on Monday. Remember, every swimmer's registration comes with 1 green cap -- please wear it & team shirts to the meets!

Once swimmers qualify for an invitational, they earn a black cap -- more info to come. NWAL has not posted Time Standards for all invitationals yet, so we haven't picked the one we are trying for (with exception to Ponderosa). Let's get a Dual Meet under our belts before I start explaining Invitationals!

We still have shirts available for family members to purchase ($15 each). Email me - 1st come, 1st served:

• 4 youth Sm (from 2nd order, should arrive before meet)
• 6 youth Med
• 10 adult Sm (from 2nd order, should arrive before meet)
• 1 adult Med (+5 from 2nd order, should arrive before meet)
• 13 adult Lg
• 5 adult XL
• (Cmajdalka - 1 Sm saved in your name when order comes in)
