Parents, Officials, & Coaches:

• Volunteers are imperative for running swim meets. At each meet, we need timers, ready bench, computer, awards, etc. We also need NWAL certified volunteers (officials, clerk of course, computers). Please see the Swim Meets → Volunteers tab on brenham.swimtopia.com for descriptions of volunteer positions. Reply here if you have questions about any specific position, & I'll get in touch with the person that can answer your questions the best.
• NWAL courses are now available for Clerk of Course; Referee; Starter; & SNT (none posted yet for Coach or Computer). Please sign up early before the good class times are taken. Starter & SNT official classes are lecture & on deck.
• Log in to NWALcertified.com (or create a log in).
• THEN you can go to https://app.sterlingvolunteers.com for your background check. Log into your account through the volunteer's portal or create an account for new users. Select “GET VERIFIED” and enter Good Deed code: ghydirh.Fill out the 4 steps, enter the necessary credit card information (if applicable) and click COMPLETE.
• The background check & classes must be completed before our 1st meet (Apr 27).
• As long as you volunteer 2 shifts, we will reimburse you for your background check ($18).
