Meet Entries & Job Entries due tonight Wednesday, Jun 14 @ midnight!

We have 88 signed up; our goal is to bring 110+ swimmers to increase our odds of defending our Division Champion title! This will be the last meet to qualify for invitationals. If you’re not planning on attending, please go into Swimtopia & select “Not Attending” so that we know. No swimmers can be added after Entries are closed – no exceptions.

We are still in need of 7 volunteers:

• 1st shift Ready Bench
• 2nd shift Ready Bench
• 2nd shift Runner (collects timer sheets & delivers to computers)
• 2nd shift Head Timer (starts a stopwatch in case of a lane timer’s watch failure)
• three 3rd shift Timers

Saturady Morning Schedule

• Canopy set up in grassy areas (not sidewalks on any concrete).
• 6:40am (the earliest warm-up time – not ours)
• 7:00 am Please arrive by this time
• 7:40-8:00 am Brenham warm-ups
• 8:00 am Timers & Officials meetings (@ the blocks end of the pool)
• 8:30 am meet starts
