Our meet against College Station is tomorrow.

I’ve attached the Heat Sheet, Individual Events, & Relays. Please check the individual entries for any errors. Also, check the relay entries; if your swimmer is signed up for a relay but unable to swim it, please let us know ASAP so we can find an alternate. 6:45 am The pool opens for canopy set up.

7:15-7:45 am Brenham warm-ups

7:45-8:15 am College Station warm-ups

(8:00 am timers meeting in the hallway near the locker rooms)

(8:15 am officials meeting on deck; awards, computer, ready bench please check in)

(NOTE: awards shifts are 1st shift: events 15-50 and 2nd shift: events 51-end of meet)

8:30 am Meet starts

Please bring canopies, blankets, chairs, snacks, water, sunscreen, Sharpie, etc to set up outside on the SE side of the aquatic center. We will have concessions while supplies last, but I don’t know what will be on the limited menu. Clarita’s Sweets should arrive around 10am.

We will have limited heat sheets printed. You’ll be able to follow along with the Swimtopia app. Or, if you prefer to have a paper copy (like I do) please print before you leave for the meet.
