Good Morning Parents,

Just a reminder to sign up for entries & jobs by Wednesday @ midnight. We have 3 meets before Divisionals. Swimmers must swim 2 dual meets to be able to swim in Divisionals. Families must volunteer for 2 meets per season (through Divisionals).

Here's some info from the Huntsville Rep:

6:45 A.M. Pool opens/Both teams may start setting up

7:15 A.M. Lakers Warm Ups

7:45 A.M. Dolphins Warm Ups

8:10 A.M. Pool is Cleared for Official Meeting. Timer meeting immediately follows.

8:25 A.M. National Anthem

8:30 A.M. Event #1

Our address is 912 Ave N, Huntsville. Parking is available along Ave N and surrounding neighborhood (Please pay attention to signs RE: street parking!)

We will have hospitality water for volunteers & coaches. 

We have plenty of room for spectators to set up. Families are welcome to bring their own pop up tents, as well as their own food & drinks. Please remember: no glass or alcohol.

We do not sell heat sheets but will publish them so parents can use the Swimtopia app. We can email you a pdf of the heat sheet on Thursday after we merge.

The Kona Ice Truck will arrive at approximately 10 am. We will sell concessions (water and sports drinks - $1; hamburgers and hot dogs - $2) while supplies last.
